Return Policy
- We have a 14-day return policy. The customer pays the return costs.
- The product to be returned must be in the original box and/or packaging and well packed so that it would not be damaged in transit.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received. It cannot be dismantled or attempted to be dismantled or it won’t be accepted/money returned.
- Undamaged spare parts are accepted for return or exchanged in a 14 days period from delivery for other car parts when you have received a return ID from us by email.
- All car parts are new genuine with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty. If received car part has manufacturer defects, customer must not install it in to the car or return it to us, he must contact us by email [email protected] Our team will guide him through replacement process.
- All car parts are new genuine with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty. If car part was installed in to the car and customer has doubts of if it’s proper work, he can’t take it out from the car or try to repair it by himself, because it will be against Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty policy and part won’t be replaced or money returned. Customer must contact us by email [email protected] Our team will guide him through Mercedes-Benz manufacturer warranty procedures.
- A delay in the return delivery period of car parts means that returned packages will not be accepted and payments will not be refunded.
- The returned parts must be handed over to the courier within 4 days of receiving the return ID.
- The customer is responsible for parts damaged during the return delivery.
- All products sent cash on delivery or for which we are charged additional costs for the return will be rejected.
- See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. Before returning any order, you must contact us via email at [email protected], as return addresses may differ depending on the car parts ordered.
- Money will be returned within 4-6 business days after the return to our companies or partners address.
- Once we receive and review your return (usually within 1-3 business days), your refund will be processed and the credit will be added to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days from the time the refund is applied for to appear in your account.
- In bank transfer payments, all refunds are granted to the trade balance.
- If the parts are returned unusable or damaged due to improper use by the customer, they will not be replaced and money will not be refunded. A damaged product can be returned to the buyer at his own shipping cost.
- If the part is out of stock. The payment will be returned to your bank account within 4-6 business days.
- The customer can return the part with any courier, as long as it has the package's tracking number and delivery certificate and signature.
- If customer needs to make an exchange. Once he has processed the return, he must place a new order for the replacement car part.
- The customer must pay the return/exchange shipping costs. If wrong part was sent by our mistake, we pay return/exchange shipping costs.

Step 1: Write us your full name, invoice number and reason of return to our email [email protected]
Step 2: Our team confirms the acceptance of the return and writes you the return ID and return address.
Step 3: Pack the order to avoid damage in transit and return it to the required return address.
Step 4: Send us the package tracking number to [email protected]
Step 5: When the package is delivered, we check the returned products. You will receive a confirmation email from us or our bank when your return has been processed, which contains complete information about the refund.
